Did you know that our Holy Sanctuary was originally built for $10.1 million? In 2023, we secured a $5 million loan at a 5.58% interest rate, resulting in a monthly mortgage payment of roughly $28,896. Thanks to your extraordinary generosity, we have already reduced that principal to $3.6 million and received over $1.5 million in dedicated gifts for the Sanctuary's ongoing beautification. Remarkably, while funding our local home, we have also allocated more than $100,000 to support outward missionary and charitable efforts—including IOCC, OCMC, Hellenic College Holy Cross, local and international monasteries, and missions in Kenya, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. This outstanding outreach is in addition to the extensive philanthropy of our Philoptochos Society.
