Michelle Hawe

Michelle Hawe serves as our part time Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries.  She was born in Long Beach and was raised in Fresno, attending the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George.  Michelle graduated from California State University Fresno with a Bachelor degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Children and Family Social Institutions in May of 2009.  She is currently working on a Masters of Science in Instruction with an emphasis in Curriculum and Development as well as School Leadership at Drexel University, Sacramento. 

Michelle has numerous years of experience in working with children: she was the Youth Director at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Fresno for four years, the Metropolis Oratorical Festival Chairperson, St. Nicholas Ranch Summer Camp Co-Program/Counselor for five years, and has spent countless hours instructing in the classroom.
